Each family will receive 4 complimentary guests per day.

Additional passes are available for a fee of $5.00 per guest with a limit up to 4 additional guests.

No complimentary passes will be issued on holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. Maximum of guests allowed on holidays will be 4 per family at $5.00 per guest.

Fees will be collected by the lifeguard on duty or the boathouse office will invoice the family directly. Failure to pay may result in losing pool privileges.

The Boathouse can be rented out for private events to residents only. The only areas that can be reserved are the great room, kitchen and library. The weekend rate is $100 per hour and we hold a cleaning/security deposit of $300. If you are interested in a specific date or need more information, please contact the office. Fundraisers or private business events to promote business are not permitted. The Boathouse can also be reserved at no charge for HOA sanctioned events only. All residents within a sub association or the community as whole must be invited. Events must be all inclusive. Please contact the office for any clarification. Unapproved events will result in an assessment to the homeowner holding the event plus a possible fine.

Pool season begins the Friday before Memorial Day and ends Labor Day. The pool is open 11:00 am – 9:00 pm or dusk daily, weather permitting.

Swim Lessons begin in June and run through July. All lessons are set through the pool manager.

All boats on Island Lake must be registered. You must present boat registration and current insurance, at the office to receive your code for the boat ramp lock.

NO GAS ENGINES ALLOWED ON THE LAKE!
