Boathouse Rental

The Boathouse can be rented out for private events to residents only. The only areas that can be reserved are the great room, kitchen and library. The rate is $600.00 for a minimum of four (4) hours and $200.00 per hour thereafter. A $500.00 security deposit is required to secure the rental date. If you are interested in a specific date or need more information, please contact the office.

The Boathouse can also be reserved at no charge for HOA sanctioned events only. All residents within a sub association or the community as whole must be invited. Events must be all inclusive. Please contact the office for any clarification. Unapproved events will result in an assessment to the homeowner holding the event plus a possible fine.

A limited number of tables are NOW available to rent at the Boathouse for your next party function. There is a $75 rental fee (per event) to use these tables and chairs.
