Use of Island Lake is limited to Owners, registered residents and their guests. Owners / registered residents must accompany their guests and are responsible for the behavior of their guests. If requested, Owners / registered residents shall show a boathouse key FOB and identification showing an address in the Island Lake of Novi community to any Board member or Management Staff if requested.
Boating season is from April 15 – October 15 of each year. All watercraft must be properly registered and display a current Island Lake of Novi identification stickers.
All State of Michigan laws apply when boating and fishing on Island Lake, Island Lake is a “Catch & Release” lake.
